I know you are trolling here but three out of those 4 players are all very physical players that hit and do the rough stuff too.

Boss, use your influence and bring in Connor in lieu of Ehlers
- Hatboro_Swords

I’ll see what I can do lol

I’d much rather see Kyle Connor

I’m pretty excited about having a fast team, especially when you go to the games. Should be a noticeable improvement.

Wasn’t everyone just female doging about how they didn’t want joker on this team and now it’s terrible asset management?
- ImThatGuy

Walking someone straight to UFA is almost always bad asset management. When he's RD and a top 4 fixture for you, it's bad.

I will say this, at least they have an identity at forward especially the bottom 6.

Speed speed and more speed.

This team has been lacking team speed forever and they have added to it. Maybe Lindy is actually having a stronger influence on who is on this roster than Granato.

Lindy wants to play fast. The one thing I noticed while listening to Okposo on Spittin the other day is the Panthers not only play fast offensively (which he mentioned the Sabres did) they also play fast defensively which hopefully Lindy instills in these guys.

The job isn't done though Kevyn, you still need a top 6 forward.

Deja 05/06 all over again. Teams aren't going to know what just hit them.

He really needs to hit on this top 6 guy. Value is bad. BUT with a top 6 guy we should make playoffs with this roster .

Power, Quinn and Cozens need to make a leap. If they don't, it really doesn't (didnt) matter who else we brought it. Those guys need to prove contracts and potential. We lose without it

I really liked McLeod’s play throughout the playoffs and I think savoie is going to go the way of Alex Nylander so a win win in my uneducated book

And what if his value in trade was a 3rd?

What good does that do.

He was an unsigned RFA. Those don’t hold a lot of value.

It’s whatever. He’ll help this year.

Yesterday, you thought he was a lock to make the team....

There's no question he'll play in the NHL again, just a matter of when.

I don't mind trading him, but these moves where supposed to be for top 6 help, not bottom 6.

- Lunaion

I definitely had Savoie written in for this seasons Sabres roster. Thought he was the closest nhl type guy, with some unlucky injuries.

It’s a good move , the team is better this season with the trade

But they have speed. Speed right now in the nhl is really important.

The value is perceived bad at the moment. Personally I wasn't a Savoie fan, and with having Benson and Helenius they really makes Savoie disposable. I would have liked something more for him but this certainly makes the team better this season.

Still need a top 6...

Stop it. Those guys wanted Ryan Reaves. He's more of a Jersey Barrier than a pylon.

I've wanted to move him the last 2 years because this was coming. Sabres walk into this situation too often. McCabe and Montour recently as well. Also Sam and Ullmark. Timing matters.

Holy poop! Adam’s is not at the lake!
May or may not be an over pay, but he did something!

Pull the trigger on Ehlers and let’s call this a roster. Maybe a top 4 d, but we don’t want to scare Adams too much now.

You don't have the cashews to get a McLeod jersey before the season starts

Goathead. You probably can just replace the name plate on your Goalofsson jersey

Lot of pressure on the top 6. This is not a bottom 6 who is going to provide much offense.

Got a lot better defensively, have to like that.

I think you were correct, joker had zero value.

When we’re out in march, probably get a 3rd for joker at the deadline

Yikes.

That draft day trade doesn’t look great right now for Malenstyn.

I could see UPL getting a large award.
