Savoie doesn’t suck but I don’t think his game translates great to the NHL. In my opinion at best is a 2nd liner.

Hopefully he can take his game to the next level. Gonna be interesting to see who his on his Wings

Interesting deal, that’s for sure. McLeod has speed to burn, fits in with what Buffalo is building. Some think Savoie, an Edmonton native, may already be as good as McLeod.

Then it should be no problem for Savoie to put up 52 points with the Oilers this year, and the Sabres meanwhile get a stable, defensively reliable 3C who can reasonably be expected to fill in at 2C in case of injury. Win win

Is what it is, hopefully this kid grows and Helps. Sabres need to use all this Speed to there advantage.

I watched an awful lot of him in person this year and I can tell you he is easily one of the most talented forwards I have ever seen in the WHL.
