Ghost to the Canes is a good deal for them. It's amazing how much better other teams have gotten today and how much worse off we look. Even the Bruins, while short lived, have gotten back into contention. Heck, Washington is going to be decent again after looking like a rebuild candidate. Must be nice having a GM and owner that give a poop about wins.

None of us would. Adams is the one in the hot seat though and he's obviously getting desperate given his moves so far...$5M for Zucker, 2nd for Beck, bringing Bryson back and offering Zemgus a contract. He's out to lunch boys. Expect worse things to come.

I mean, if a 4th liner who was about to be a UFA was worth a 2nd, how much is a 1st liner captain in the division worth? I thought I might be low on Ehlers, for BT it's probably double for us.
