All o know is that after hart left we rode Ersson too much and then it all fell apart. Tbh, if it works out we’re bottom 5 bad for what looks like a solid draft I’m on board.

The Flyers will never do a full rebuild no matter how much the "fans" on HB want it. People keep going to games, buying merch, etc, so they will always try to stay somewhat competitive to keep their paying customers happy. I'm torn bc I want to see a Cup before I die or can't enjoy it, but I also don't want to see bad Flyers games. I'm looking forward to seeing Michkov play and hope things shape up over the next few years.

I’m not torn in the least. Watching trees/mm/york/tip/hart(last few years)/etc etc etc is very entertaining especially knowing others with talent coming.


What tears me is watching coots (never wanted extension) tk (knowing how that will prevent good times) risto seller nd etc etc etc.

Mm will entertain. Had they traded tk laughts etc last year at draft or the previous tdl last year still would’ve been entertaining. And we’d now how mm and whoever they took in the top 5 or so this year draft. Or now they are coming.

Bill knows better he’s not stupid. It’s not enough for someone in bills position to merely state I would’ve taken zeev for example as he did on snow the goalie draft coverage but to point out and lament just how bad it was what they did or path they are taking.

If the goaltending goes south we could be in the bottom five easily. I have no idea what to expect from the tandem in net this year.

Button was scouting for the flyers some years ago.

So the Flyers traded the 5th overall pick in 2022 for a small, injury prone dman who didn't look like scoring much at all in his games for the Flyers. It could be a disastrous use of assets.

Chicago should bring back these two and sign Carter Hart. Nothing is ever off the table there…

Well they were talking on Buffalo radio at around 6:00-6:20 pm about Sabres moves and how underwhelming so far and they think another forward will be coming in. Guest on radio was saying they are working on trades but all have fell through so far and made comment about someone asking for way to high a price and that you’re not getting 4 pieces for a player on an expiring contract without an extension.

That does make sense. Maybe tk. Who knows who they were talking about but maybe some smoke there is db said he was still working on some things
