Unfortunately there were so many stories, theories, misinformation etc. that most people on both sides had questions about the validity of taking the vaccine or not taking it. And through no fault of anyone that pandemic hit quickly and hit hard and recommendations by the science and political communities created confusion and panic. And the bigger problem today is the distrust communities and even families have of each other. It’s over with now, bringing up Bertuzzi’s reluctance to get vaccinated now doesn’t do anything productive and is bound to start that sorry debate all over again.

That’s fine, there’s finally some depth to the forward group. We might be scratching an actual bubble NHL player each night instead of filler no names like Johnson and Anderson. Forward group could look like this:
Hall-Bedard-TT
Bertuzzi-Nazar-Kurashev
Foligno-Richardinson-Mikheyev
Slaggert-Donato-AA

It doesn’t compare to a Dallas or Florida, but it’s not awful. You can have extras like Guttman, Reichel, AA. Reichel needs waivers this year I believe, so he should be up fully once he’s up. I think Nazar sticks, he was a revelation briefly last year.
D probably looks like:
Vlasic-Jones
Martinez-Korchinski
Kaiser-Murphy

Substitute in EDM, Allan, or Phillips when Martinez and Murphy start eying the wheelchair hard.

Doesn't Anderson pretty much provide the same thing? About the same PPG, and was one of only a few plus players on the Hawks last year.

It looks like the Hawks have signed Maroon for 1 year @ $1.3 million.

Jensen IS REALLY good at his job, a terrific team guy, loved by all but I guess the Capitals had less money with hiring the boys from Cap Friendly.
