I remember something like that on the old PET computer in the mid 80's

Those were the days:

I don't remember if it was last year of middle or first year of high school, but we had a couple of those. Then our school moved to these "Icon" computers which ran Watcom Basic (a language developed at the University of Waterloo). I barely recall but I think the Commodate Pet used some variation of Watcom Basic as well.

I think Watcom died out, after several different evolutions, in the 2000s.

That's a belt that says, "I don't have time for belts!"

He's also the unlicensed Neo knock-off in the unmade movie, "The Matrices". The movie is basically just that guy standing in his yard without a belt.

It's still way better than the movie Buried.

Going to have to be a wait and see with Hakanpaa there. Also likely why Tre has yet to make a trade or move too where the d is concerned. IF he is out that will be Lilly's spot with Timmins as 7th d. If he can go then you could potentially move lilly or Timmins. Overall not the greatest of moves there if he wasn't healthy.

Up front thinking it is likely pretty set at this point and don't see them making another move really save a trade with Robertson at some point, but think they get back a mid/low pick really unless its part of a bigger deal.

For better or worse this is what we got.

Pretty sure Timmins is prime for waivers at the start of the year.

I'm sure there is a meteorite sword out there somewhere. People make small knives from iron meteorite, so I guess it's possible. Meteoritic iron is typically brittle and would not be suitable for as a usable weapon. It would be a curious display piece only.

Meteorite collectors are an eccentric and eclectic bunch.

It was some form of Basic. The machine actually booted into the basic interpreter...it WAS the operating system. If you wanted the machine to do something, you had to write the program yourself (or wait for it to load of a cassette tape).

I believe they recently discovered that a knife they found in Tut's tomb had definitely been made from a meteor.
(Will send details on swords when I get home later. Wrote up an add before discovering nobody allowed weapon sales.)

*star metal* is a trope for a reason in myths, history and fantasy. Sadly the fun part of it being special is not true.

Did you guys play a game on those old apple computers where you were a tank and it was all just green geometric lines on black background. You moved the turret of the tank and fired at the other tanks.

the Fourth Period reports that Marner would be willing to accept a transaction to four landing spots, the Dallas Stars, Chicago Blackhawks, Vegas Golden Knights or Nashville Predators
