Yeah, but your friend Bob doesn't live in Portugal. I think Dots was saying that Bedard might hit between 95 and 100 pts this year and I can see it.

I know you had him penciled in for similar last year and I think had he not gotten hurt he would've ended up at a PPG give or take a few.

It will be interesting to see if they load up on line 1 with TB CB and TT or if they move Teuvo to the 2nd line for some balance.

- HawkintheD

He almost hit a ppg with Kurashev and a revolving door on the other wing.
If he had a semi healthy Taylor Hall,he'd be at a ppg last year.
IF, Teuvo/Hall/Bert stay relatively healthy, Bedard can hit 95-100....provided he stays healthy as well.

You have Hawks games ending at 1am ET?
Is that when they are out West on what used to be called the circus road trip? At least the stinky bulls used to call it the circus road trip.

Most of our sports teams are a circus 🎪.

If you lived in France you’d eat smaller portions of, you’d eat less sugar, you'd eat less fast food, you’d eat more healthy overall, you’d eat more fruits, vegetables and olive oil, you’d drink wine, you’d walk every day. If you lived in France and followed their lifestyle you’d be fine.

I think it is really nice that we are all getting to know each other, and not just attempting to discuss Taige harding's upside.

Do you know how difficult it was for me to eat smaller portions?
Moving to France will not stop the processed foods you already eatc with regularity. Almost EVERYTHING has sugar added in it!
The vegan meats are full of sugar, the healthy stuff has sugar or those carppy sugar substitutes, and the soft drinks with no or less sugar are filled with.
and salt...is another thing you simply cannot remive.

Unless you are on a island France will give you the chance to change, but if your fat tuss doesn't make the change, all the wine, cheese and rich pastries change nothing but speed your death.
you will be less likely to finish the rebuild with us.

Bedard will also benefit from the improvements on the defense side of the roster.
And I will check back in a week from now!

So, now that we know what the Hawks roster is going to be approximately, what are we thinking for year 2 of Bedard.

Last season 68GP 22G 39A 61P 0.9 Points/Game

Assuming 82 games, I'm going with 82GP 31G 54A 85P 1.04 Points/Game

I still think he has a lot of growing to do, but as a talented 19 year old, he can get above that point per game pace. Probably can score at a pace that many star players don't reach until age 22-24 or 4-5 years in the league. I don't think he will get to that 100 point plateau yet, but would love to be wrong.

- breadbag

My first guess was 28 wins.
Bedard's production has to pick up 5 on 5 and it is tough to say he plays 82 games

In Milwaukee, his totals weren't great.

I think if you are going to carry a right catching glove goaler, you need two because the the differnce is notable.

Anybody play with a right glove goalie?

Butter, cheese, bread, and wine...

The main problems here are the ultraprocessed foods (hello chemicals!) and the sedentary lifestyle. And there's a difference between adding cane sugar and HFCS.

Yep, don't have to move to Europe or Japan to eat healthy. I've been on a heart healthy diet since February and lost several pounds and cholesterol levels are way down. It just takes will power. Several servings of fruits, vegetables and unsalted nuts daily, more lean meat, more seafood, more fiber, very little canned food and deli meats, no fast food, less alcohol.

One of the problems inherent in North American culture is the need for cars so we walk far less then our European, Asian or African cousins. One of the best reasons to have a dog. You have no choice but to walk him a few times a day.

Forgot to mention exercise. I shoot for walking at a good pace for at least 20 minutes daily, 30 minutes at a more moderate speed.

St Ignatius grammar in Rogers Park on the north side, Loyola BA. High school Gotdon ‘68. Your friend was in my brother’s class who was all state in basketbal and he played four years of basketball at Loyola. Your friend probably remembers my brother. If there was a way to communicate privately I would exchange names. My broyher used to gusrd coach K when gordon played weber. Small world.
