Yeah, but your friend Bob doesn't live in Portugal. I think Dots was saying that Bedard might hit between 95 and 100 pts this year and I can see it.

I know you had him penciled in for similar last year and I think had he not gotten hurt he would've ended up at a PPG give or take a few.

It will be interesting to see if they load up on line 1 with TB CB and TT or if they move Teuvo to the 2nd line for some balance.

Try getting into a Rheumatologist in less than 6 months with insurance.
- rpeters01

When the travel talk starts up time for me to shut up but talk about the odyssey thru pain every human being will take I have thoughts.

I can say unequivocally that CBD/THC gummies improved my life 75%. Without combining THC and CBD together, each taken alone aren't nearly as effective, is important'. They need to be combined.

If you're lucky enough to be in a spot where you don't have to pass a drug test, the THC (the THC gets you high not the CBD) WILL show up in any test, remember what you're reading as you navigate thru the pain that is payment for life.

Thru a lotta trial and error I landed on Wana brand 5 to 1 ratio (CBD to THC) hybrid gummies. 1 gummie shouldn't get you high, 2 will. ........

I've had insurance all the way thru starting in the 60's and my experience has been everyone sees wait times to see a doc is getting longer and longer. ..... Took 6 weeks to get in to see the knee guy. 5 months to get into see the gastro guy and I have insurance.. Wife runs to the doc once a month and it is increasingly longer and longer to get in and especially so the last 2ish yrs.

Yeah, not so sure about that. The French make some pretty damn good bread. Plus it's a great vehicle for cheese or some French Ham and while we're at it some red wine.

Well, if I knew it was cake or Bread wine and cheese, then ya, I'd have to rethink it, well not really, the bread would have been the choice, though, which wine may have some bearing on the choice

I’d like to see them balance the first two lines, maybe Teuvo with Reichel on the 2nd line, get the kid going. Reichel can skate and has talent, if he can contribute offensively early on, it will be a nice win for the Hawks.

I don’t know where Bob lives. Figments of your imagination live where you want them to live.

Yeah I thought Bedard would hit 100 plus points last season. I never expected the rest of the team to be as bad as it was. I think he’ll hit over 100, including 50 goals this coming season.

I’m thinking Bedard will be with Bertuzzi and Kurashev, but it’s only a guess.

I think you have to play someone who is pass first with Bedard because you want him shooting more than he is distributing.

That being said I think it probably starts how you suggest because theyre going to try and play up the whole chemistry thing unless something really clicks in the pre season.

I think Kurashev would benefit from playing with Nazar if he adopts last year's policy of shoot puck no matter what with how disruptive Frankie will been the o zone, he'll have space to operate.

Wheeler rated the top 20 goalie prospects. He has Wallstedt and Askarov 1 and 2.

His comments on Commesso (9th) and Gajan (14th) follow. Hopefully they will be a solid tandem 3-4 years down the road.

After a .914 career at BU from age 18-20, where he was even named an alternate captain, Commesso was solid as a rookie in the AHL for Rockford last year, starting the majority of the team’s games and playing better and better as the year went on behind a team that struggled to score in front of him.

I see a mature makeup as a kid and goalie. At 6-foot-2, he’s not big for a goalie, but he blends a studious approach to the position with sharp angles, sound technique (including good habits and post integration), and a calming, poised demeanour to keep shots in his chest, control rebounds, settle down plays and hold firm to his edges. And while he’s not a dynamic athlete, he can fall back on his athleticism when the play does break down, he’s efficient in his movements, he’s quick on his feet and he doesn’t put himself into many scrambles because of the way he reads the play. Commesso reliably makes the saves that he should and plays the same game-to-game. He doesn’t steal a ton of starts and I wouldn’t say he’s got any A-plus tools that really pop, but there’s not a lot in his game that you can nitpick either. I’m not convinced he’s going to be a starter at the next level, but I — and the rest of the hockey world (including USA Hockey, who’ve already brought him to men’s worlds and the Olympics) — fully expect him to become a decent NHL goalie.

An overager in the 2023 draft, Gajan wasn’t even on anyone’s radar playing in Slovakia’s junior ranks three years ago in his first year of eligibility. Then he made the move to North America, impressed in the NAHL and USHL with Chippewa and Green Bay, became a late add to Slovakia’s world juniors team for Halifax, somehow grabbed the starting job and won the tournament’s top goaltender award, committing to the University of Minnesota-Duluth along the way before becoming the first goalie off the board with pick No. 35. He struggled with inconsistency in his return to Green Bay last year but had a second strong showing at the world juniors in Gothenburg and still has some really promising tools.

He impresses most going post to post, with standout athleticism and surprising control holding his outside edges when he moves into his spots. Add in good hands, a competitive disposition in the net to fight for pucks on scrambles and hold his pads down when he’s splayed out, a growth spurt that he has now settled into, and room to get stronger and more powerful in the net to complement his quickness, and there’s a lot to like. He’s an excellent goalie down low but stays up just long enough to make shoulder/high-blocker saves. He’s outstanding going left to right and right to left, and one-on-one with shooters on breakaways. And while his athletic ability and skill have been his strengths and he can get a little lost technically in the net at times, he does track and find pucks well. I think there’s some upside there even if he still feels quite raw at times.

Thought Wheeler has a good feel for Commesso. Agree with all of it, but I think he's ranked too low. The kid left the NTDP with the highest save percentage of any goalie who came thru The Program. All the kid ever did was improve each and every yr. Combine that with his ice water (Carey Price) style from the NTDP to NCAA to the AHL.

Love his steady yearly improvement at top programs, his demeanor and his path. All things stay the same he'll be the Hawks starter for a long time.

Gajun? A very very athletic kid who can skate who was a wild card to me when he was drafted, and he still is today IMO. Same style as the NYR Russian.

Is that when they are out West on what used to be called the circus road trip? At least the stinky bulls used to call it the circus road trip.
