I wouldn't include Rosen, maybe Krebs and a pick - Buff36
I'm thinking Krebs has low value and I don't think we get much of anything for him alone. I'm pretty sure NYR over value what Kakko return should be, so I rather our over payment is only Rosen because I'm nervous on an Adams over payment maybe for Zegras. I would also be happy with Farabee for Samuelsson. |

Of the rumored guys (not including Ehlers, because word is that he was "fake available"):
And I don't know (aka, too lazy) who has NTCs/NMCs...
1) Farabee
2) Crouse
3) Granlund (a nice playmaker for the Quinn/Cozens line)
4) Zegras (not a fan/can't stand him/showoff/hot dog/talented AF)
And my out-of-left-field pick:
Tyson Foerster. Kid is ready for a breakout (so I'm sure Philly won't move him). - Powerslave
Farabee a Syracuse kid so that may align with "likes Western NY" vibe Adams demands. I think Flyers have Foerster penciled in as their 1st line LW and Tippett as their 2nd line LW, so Farabee probably the realistic option. |

I like Farabee for top 6. I think Benson will regress like all sophomores do. Unless we trade for Trouba I do not see a reason to trade Samuelson being he is the only guy with some semblance of physicality in the top 4. The worries of his injuries are the same with any physical defenseman ie Tanev.
I don’t see a need for Kakko unless you want to send Benson to the minors. Which I’m not against but can send the wrong message to appeared to be the hardest working guy on the ice last season.
Morgan Frost is an interesting player but we have a redundancy of this player in Krebs and the seven others in the minor which is why we traded Savoie.
If we can get Trouba in a salary dump for a 2nd round pick it’s great business. I’m not worried about the $8 million cap hit this year at all. Worry about next year, next year.
Farabee may cost Krebs and Samuelsson which for a proven top 6 forward I am fine with, I would prefer moving Joker but maybe we add him for Kakko and then let the dice fly and see who wins out at camp. These are good problems to have. Let’s hope we may enjoy having them |

Rags fans are absolutely begging to get rid of trouba. Sounds like a smart pickup. |

We have more than enough good left shot Dmen, and too few good right shot Dmen. Samuelsson is probably the most valuable roster player that wouldn't create another big roster hole, so he may need to used to get something worthy of a 2nd line wing. If we don't go get a Zegras or even Farabee, then my feeling is make a small trade and get Kakko, and let him complete with Zucker, Benson and whoever for that 2LW. |

OK, and we are supposed to start believing them after the Eichel trade offers. They want the Cap space and a lot are pissed he used his clause. They used to Love him before the bad playoffs. |

I wonder if the lack of adding another winger is because Appert feels Kulich or Rosen is ready |

Yea until they see the return and then they'll be whining (its gonna cost them something to get rid of Trouba). Trouba's no trade list likely has the 14 teams with most cap space on it (I believe NYR and NJ are 15th and 16th on the list). |

I think Kulich gets every opportunity to make it, they could use his goal scoring. |

Kulich or Rosen will first need to beat out Brett Murray. |

I am in the top half for my age group and knocked 3 minutes off of my time from last month
it was only my 2nd one and our goal is 1 a month
still sucks - homiedclown
Yep - agree but is over fast. with a 5k, I'll warm up slowly for 1/2 to mile before so the start isn't a total shock to the system. My 1st mile will also tend to be my slowest (unless hills dictate otherwise). 1 a month is good as keeps you in the training mode. |

Yes, but just until Cozen's face bloodies Hathaway's knuckles then there should be an open roster spot. |

Blake Coleman would be an awesome get, IMO.
He played a pivotal role for the Bolts on their 3rd line during their SC years. He can play 2LW all day here and bring some SC swagger/leadership. |
