I wouldn't be surprised if there's cognitive decline, but a dementia diagnosis is a big deal. It's unlikely he'd still be in charge of other businesses if this was known in any way.

We all know she's sick. They've been very open about that fact and her stepping away. So I don't think that really applies. They could simply see he's having some issues and leave it at that if they were worried about the other businesses he's connected to.
