Trump got shot at his rally

Alive, got him in the ear. Not great times for the country when it comes to this. With the rhetoric from the left since 2016, it was inevitable.

I'm not telling you anything, as you have properly stated over the past several years, the Sabres should be trading multi-prospect/player packages for a single better player to improve the top of the roster. Leverage the pipeline...nothing wrong with top 6/top 4 or middle 6/P3 prospects...just maximize the value for help now.
- IonSabres

Teams don't typically trade the better player for a bunches of pieces unless there's an issue of some sorts (i.e., Eichel). Established very good players are typically traded when they are in their 30's, contract is to big, one year away from UFA and won't extend, or there some issue with the player. We not trading Tuch for anyone's multi-prospect/player packages.

Byram for Mitts is the type of trade you see, a young but established very good player for someone else's established very good player.

Yes, a regression should be anticipated as you pointed out. He's the kind of guy you want on your roster though. Playing those L2 minutes with assumed better players I think contributed as well to that spike in Gs. All around solid player..went through the learning to not cheat the system. If he could manage to hang in that 50 points range for on ice contribution it would be a solid get. He would become Lindy's trusted player to help drive player accountability.

Trade him in y3 TDL if there is a younger player chomping to take his job...2 years would be solid.

It's optimistic. That was the first time in his career he broke 38 points. 3rd liner, who can maybe play some 2nd....that's what they signed Zucker for.

Not that Krebs would return him alone, but what do you think of Frost?
- IonSabres

Think you said it above. If I'm trading prospects, I'd really want someone better.

At roughly the same age, for the same cap hit, for 2 less seasons (Zucker compared to Coleman).

Everyones overvalues their own prospects and players and undervalues other teams players/prospects.

On Spectors comment section, someone throughout this proposal (I assume a NYR fan)...

"Trouba Kakko for Tuch and Krebs."

I'm a moderate.

I only want to trade our moderately bad player for another teams moderately good players!

That's setting the bar to high, how about...

Let's just trade for everyone's trash. So that we can try to punch people (everything seems to be a challenge for the Sabres).

Rags fans are absolutely begging to get rid of trouba. Sounds like a smart pickup.

In their minds Trouba + Kakko will get them Tuch + Krebs (at least that what I seen as a proposal).

This is a hockey forum. Not a political forum.

Yes something major happened, but we can’t get along when it comes to hockey, we certainly cannot get along when it comes to politics.

This right here completely destroys any argument in support of the American Education system:

He's probably OK as 3rd pair D not so mucch a 2nd pair Dman which we could use. Too much salary and something like a 8 mil cap hit for next two seasons. NYR want the cap space, so anyone that has the cap space is a potential buyer. NYR fans think his trade value is 2nd pair Dman, but they will likely need to pay something to move him.
