Hey LT...thanks for asking.
Pasta came out decent for my 1st attempt and doing everything virtually the old fashion way. I was hoping for a bit more "grain" flavor to be honest, and would appreciate advice if you have experienc3 here.

Now, the Ragu Bolgenese was sensational...cooked in milk to soften/sweeten it a bit without adding sugar. Only change I would make would be the leave the panchetta in little cubes vs being "puried" with the veggies.
