They do need to move on from some aging players though. I thought the Canes summer would have been way more interesting than this.

Starting Goalie will turn 36 this season. Can't remember a season where he did not get hurt.
Defense - average age is 31, Burns is 39 and had a big drop off in points last season.
Offense - They have 5 million in cap space to sign Jarvis and Necas. After the season - 6 UFAs.
Coach - can't get the job done
