yeah I just don't remember a GM fired after having the best record in the NHL and winning a couple of rounds, it's a ridiculous expectation to think he would get fired but continue to ruin the blog

The sky is not falling, nor have they won it all. So it's somewhere in the middle on a spectrum of ones own opinion.

Truthfully, IMO, I would like to do a reset, the right way, start from scratch, which I know doesnt guarantee success in the future. I was ready for them to do that with the letter but then they signed, Trouba and Panarin so it was obvious it was a retool not rebuild.

There is nothing they can do now but plow forward. All of these NMC cant be moved and will be a barrier no matter what. Mika isnt a winner, it is what it is, he wilts under pressure, Panarin isnt a playoff performer and this team doesnt produce at 5v5 so they are what they are.

Mika isnt going anywhere, Panarin will resign, so Im gonna assume they will trade futures for patches and just keep kicking the can down the road.

This team has another 2 maybe 3 years left, we will see.

Come trade deadline, the team will see what hole is needed to be filled and Im sure will make a trade to fill it, I just dont think this team is a playoff winner. If we added in a player like Draistle, chances of winning are much more attainable. Adding in a forth liner, not so much.
