I'm ready for Adams to make a Block Buster trade to bring in proper leadership. I'd be fine using Tage as a major piece to do so....add to it as necessary for the right guy.

Skinner, in a down year, would have been 4th in GF on Edmonton....playing with scrubs here. With better QoTm, I suspect he will bounce back nicely.

Cap should be No issue for the Sabres. Adams has locked all these long term contracts with nothing to prove they were worth it. Any good GM would have No problem with the Sabres Cap

Cause he has tied his hands in some ways on giving out contracts know. Way he's going they will have 1/2 a Team on long-term contracts that have never sniffed anything.

assuming levi is the backup so that should not be too bad

quinn will probably miss another 45 games this season to drive his price down

peterka will be in the dog house and get max treatment from 2008 and byram will be demoted to third pair by mid november
