Did you see 2 of the Core sipping Champagne on a Yacht. Hope there in better condition when this camp starts than last year.

My question:
Is Samuelsson equally good on the right side, or is he a better player when he's on the left side?

I have not paid attention to his play on right versus left side, and just assumed that with the roster's current construction it would much better to have a natural RD of similar caliber.

I do not think adam's trades for byram and signs samuelsso so a rookie plays with dahlin when his job is on the line

I could be wrong though

We got lucky here as the storm tracked further west coming up the coast line than anticipated, and not 3xpected to bend back to landfall until well north of us.
Rainy as all get up, but so far so good. Expecting some electrical outage though, since it seems to go out with a good sneeze here.

It will be interesting to see how Ruff rates the Dmen, which makes hard to predict things. Just going by what I've seen the last couple years, I feel Quinn and Byram will have big years (provided they stay relatively healthy), so at the moment feel it will be Byram and Dahlin together. Power I feel is kind of a question mark, will we see notable progression or will he be more like Mitts (taking longer). I guess the more I think about it, probably will come down to who compliments Power the best, will be what determines all the pairings.

Samuelssons results are very significantly more positive with Power, and Power's number are relatively similar with and without Sammy. Translation, Sammy needs to play with Power who can hold his own and together they control possession, shot shares, scoring chances, XGF, XGA, and more.

Sammy's contract at $4.3m is a future albatross if he is relegated to 3rd Pairing

On the other hand, Dahlin is the only Buffalo Defender that Byram was able to achieve 50%+ CF with.

Hence why, to me the Stats point to
Byram Dahlin
Power Samuelsson
Joker Cliffy.

Edit - Power and Johnson make a very formidable pairing as well.

Stats wise, the Top 4 are optimized.
Problem is, every pair has a guy playing their "off" handedness, which as you suspect could negatively impact their effectiveness over the long term. Dahlin is comfortable there obviously, and Sammy and him naturally rotated their sides during play, so Sammy should be ok...but who knows long term.
