Right over your head. I was mocking him. He stepped into a great spot in Tampa. He didn’t have the luxury of the elite talent in Detroit, which I alluded to. He’s been stuck in neutral. Stay in your lane .

Not over my head…I don’t believe there was ever a Yzerplan in Detroit and Tampa was was a great situation to walk into…

What’s over your head is I just stated this clearly…

I do enjoy watching you and hello it’s me virtually make out though.

We are talking grand slam bottom of the ninth luck for this team to be a contender. Michkov is the next Kucherov, forester is a mark stone type of guy, one of those D becomes elite, a goalie pans out, and a free agent center signs here that doesn’t cripple the cap or other assets.
- ClaudeFather

I do feel MM will be stud. After that they are so far away.

The question is how many top end players do the flyers think they need to contend? We all know they type they prefer.

You’re just listing a lot of nothing. Brink and frost lol. Foerester could potentially be a strong player but most of those guys are filler.
- ClaudeFather

yea ok, anyone who makes the show is not nothing, putting up over 40 points in back to back seasons is not nothing. Brink has potential, we will see where it goes. Foerster, kid had a real good rookie season, so yea potential. York by all accounts has matured nicely, Tippett, maybe there is no potential there. MM is obvious, all under 25. Same with York, Drysdale, heck even Farabee and Cates are right at 25. The post was to say the supporting cast has potential, young and is deeper than in the past, I think it is.

So Yzerman had no plan? Or did he stock up on high draft picks, pick high a few years, and tried to make the leap into a playoff team as of late but failed ? [/img]

Question, even though obvs not the right forum.

How is it that the USA has allowed 90% of the media to be bought by a political party?

The propaganda is intriguing from someone from the former iron curtain. Media is flexing its power, and the “other side” has essentially let it happen.

Careful. Politics really ignite these boards. Thank god you didn’t mention that big Donald T guy China is closely in our rear view mirror with the news and media bias and hidden factual news

If Steve Yzerman were the Flyers GM, you and everyone else here would want to shoot him out of a cannon to mars. If Yzerman’s plan was always to sign free agents every summer, he’s about as creative as Bob Clarke’s term as GM. What happened to 50 goal scorer guarantee Filip Zadina? Believe it or not, dropped to 6th overall to the red wings in projections and became as useful as Nolan Patrick but without the concussions. If you’re doing a good job as GM, a guy like Zadina works out and you aren’t forced to sign Patrick Kane’s dysfunctional hip and the corps that used to be Vladimir Tarasenko. These are desperation moves. Like, when is this great crop of youths going to play in Detroit? Age 28? Oh, they’re just being patient. Yzerman’s young players in Tampa played! So what changed?

You don’t stay loyal to Luke Glendenning for as long as they did because he’s home grown. You don’t sign Jeff Petry because he was born in Detroit and the son of a Tigers legend. I could go on.

Why don't you explain it to those that don't see a change and what they're missing. Your post is completely empty of substance. You aren't saying anything. I would surmise that if you could actually say something, you would. You also are unaware that you also clearly have an agenda.
-MJL

Another attacking post by the poster with the smallest brain. As I said, you prove me right every single day! The fact is the poster is correct, there have been many changes and the team is correcting course. Briere has been on the job less than two seasons!

So if you believe MM is going to be a stud then you should be very excited, after all the Flyers will have 4 potential 30+ goal scorers on the team, with MM, Tippet, TK, and Foerster. It’s unclear if the Flyers can keep the puck out of their net, but at least they will score.

Get it through your thick skull, I don’t think Yzerman is a good GM. Just shut up and get ready for the deli tomorrow . He had a plan, and his plan sucked. Again, I was mocking him.

Yeah, yeah, yeah…I work in a deli. Whether or not this is true, at least I have a job but the fact this isn’t true, makes you sound pretty pathetic to keep pulling this card just so you could “get me”. How is the unemployment line, by the way? What’s even worse, you didn’t even make up this insult. You just cling to “Hello it’s me” every word.

To a certain extent, they will poach goals off each other. In terms of being on top line, getting minutes, first unit pp, and so on.

There will be more opportunities because MM will create them. But there will also be more of a zero-sum game of 'cancelling each other out' because of the log jam in RW. My suggestion is that unless MM moves to LW or center, TK's goal/game average might fall because of the latter effect[EDIT:corrected].

I know folks are dying to know this: In economics, this kind of trade-off is depicted below. It is always taught within the first month in the first class in Econ 101/001.

How Hello it’s me and Claudefather get the benefit of the doubt because this has all they do. PT21 though you have no problem speaking what’s on your mind. At some point, you should break your silence. Picking and choosing who you engage with is your right but you really look like a bully 10 feet taller than JD but cowardly among others.

It’s fine, but appreciate it.

I’ve only lurked again a little more lately but I don’t buy 90% of what that fool claims to be. Some young brainwashed rat, and nothing more.
