Speaking of. Double Dion has to be one of the greatest cock teases of all time.
Third in Calder voting in a year behind Crosby and OV, ahead of Lundqvist. Nutty - AdamFrench
We had so much Calder talent.
Calder winner Andrew Raycroft. 3rd in Calder Phaneuf. 11th in Calder Kessel, Grabovski, Van Riemsdyk and Franson! 15th in Calder Bozak and 17th in Calder Schenn.
Okay. Maybe not ALL of them at the same time since at least one of them was traded for another one of them - but still. So much poopty talent with so few notable accolades all together at once.
It's like trying to make boot soup and you can't figure out what's wrong with your recipe.

The Leafs couldn't pour piss out of a boot if the instructions were on the heel.

Charlie Montoyo fired again
Not surprising he helped the White Sox become historically bad - mr.sir
I don't get that. SO it's like the GM went on a rampage.
"You're fired, and so are you - and you, you dumb (frank)ing (frank), pack your poop and get the (frank) out of here, too. And you? What are you (frank)ing laughing at? Pack your poop, too. I didn't even come here to fire you (frank)ers. YOU. You're fired, too!"
They have the lowest Runs/Game, Batting average and OBP in the majors. The team's AVERAGE OBP is .275. To put that in perspective, it's 3 points worse than Daniel Vogelbach's OBP. A team full of Daniel Vogelbachs.
They fired the Manager, Bench Coach, 3rd base coach and assistant hitting coach.
Assistant Hitting Coach? How is the actual Hitting Coach surviving having the worst numbers in the league?
I can see firing the 3rd base coach. No one ever scores - it's a waste of money to keep him around. He doesn't DO anything.
And the Pitching Coach is fine? They are allowing 5.2 Runs against / game. They might be better off to just let the pitching staff and use position players in dual roles.
Anyway.
I'm actually sort of jealous that they got to do what I want someone to do to the Jays.

I saw one of his Tampa fights in person, but I don't recall which one. I think it was the Florida game, but no video of that fight exists. I don't recall seeing this Blackhawks game in the embedded video. I love the Blackhawks commentary guy getting the vapors over Cloutier daring to skate out and fight. Such pearl clutching.
