so i never played him again, which burned him even more than when i wouldn't play him in the first place.

i used to sit around while my friend and his cousin played chess but i was never interested, which really burned my friend when his cousin wasn't around. so one day i finally gave in and played him. i only knew the way the pieces could move by watching and hearing them talk. anyway, at some point while he was staring at the board and figuring out his next move he started to laugh and i asked what was up and he said "i think you got me" and i in fact did. i didn't even get to say checkmate because i didn't know!
