im not eating more or less than before, I just do it on a shorter period of time, so that the enzyme that I keep forgetig the name is secreted( is it glucagon ?) it starts somewhere in 10-12 hours of not eating, and that was from the Quebec science magazine, not youtube crap

I don't do it but there's alot of studies now im fasting and it has alot of benefits. Probably alot better than Ozempic!
