No snow/ice/sleet (hurricanes can be an issue though 3 hit in the 21 years I have lived here 2020 was the last one)

Outdoor activities are available to do year-round (tennis, hiking, etc)

The Beach is accessible - 15/20 minute drive

No state income tax low sales tax - 7.5% food is not taxed

The junior has already enrolled in some computer science college courses and the other one...ugh probably TikTok law.
