Does anyone know what happens if you refuse? Does Lou have you thrown in the river or something?

I'm surprised the NHLPA hasn't taken this on long ago. It's not the 1950's anymore.

Unfortunately with the acquisition of Blais, we have been knocked down a few pegs.

Oh well, it was nice being a winner for once.

He’s far beyond help. Ignore him. Banter as you will with the civil ppl in here. Hang in there & enjoy.

Thanks very much. Just here to chat some Hockey and cheer the Canucks in the right direction. Just concerning how much slander happens so often in here. Be nice if everyone all got along and strived for the common goal which is a cup in Vancouver. Hoping to see this team in the finals in the next 3-4 seasons our time is coming.

Totally agree some here just stir it up for no reason. They are the fickle problem going on for decades & don’t know when to lighten up. Ppl can slander & whine & complain all day but they get nowhere. Wanting a winner then act like one.

Canucks continue to look for a goalie. It appears that Kevin Lankinen is their target. Lankinen had a very strong 2 seasons in Nashville and made $2 million last year. The Canucks salary cap situation will likely make this very difficult to pull off

Lankinen, 29, started 17 games for the Nashville Predators last season, finishing with an 11-6 record, a 2.82 goals against average (GAA) and a .908 save percentage (S%). The undrafted free agent has been a relied-upon backup throughout his four-year National Hockey League career, accumulating a 45-43-12 record with a 3.07 GAA and a .905 S%.

Employers drag out negotiations that begin far before it hits the fan. More than meets the eye. Govt has no role in it & never should. Ppl matter more not employers who make record profits while ppl fall behind.

I hope Demko doesn’t require surgery now. Let’s see where this goes.

He might muck up some faces in camp. Being on a PTO he might be going all out to hit guys to stay in the NHL.
