A decent update on some Sens related stuff. I too am in agreement that Ullmark fit in "on the ice" before a new deal is done. And he buys and maintains houses where ever he plays. (nothing new there)

NCC.....sigh......wrong move. Play ball with the city. And now is the time to do it. They're desperate for some positive news with transit failures, garbage tags and school bus driver shortages dominating things. The city has some great parcels of land that would be much better than getting into bed with the corrupt kangaroo court that is the NCC.

Maybe they are just doing someone a favour. Could be a player or an agent request to possibly get the player some exposure. But as I said, Kulemin makes no sense at age 38 to be playing on a 4rth line. Not a great skater. How would he even fit on a 3rd or 4rth line with no speed or size.
As for Addison ..... at 5ft 10in .... small for 3rd pairing .... that is one reason we dumped Brannstrom. Why do that and then bring in Addison.

They're relatively interchangeable in terms of being under-sized and offensive-minded, but I would argue being a RH shot is a key difference. More importantly, though, due to his $2M contract last year Brannstrom would have been making >$2M this year. Conversely, they may be able to sign Addison to a one-way league-minimum deal and still be able to bury him in the AHL for depth reasons.

Its really bad on your smart phone unless you have an adblocker. The ads are super agreessive.

Weak defence with Chabot once again saddled with a problem in Jensen and a 3rd pairing that's not ready - weak bottom six that will get destroyed game in and game out.

Can't see how anyone could have fixed the Dorion disaster overnight.

Dorion gave away the future trying to hold onto his job and set the team back several years. Just hope there will be smarter moves in the future.

I'll still root for them and hope to get surprised but I don't see this team making the playoffs any time soon.

Maybe if they play the trap and Ulmark can make some big saves they get in but that only works if their key players actually play a few games without getting injured.

I don't hold out a lot of hope. What I do know is what the team 1200 hacks will do. They will blame everything on Chabot, Norris and Batherson and do everything they can to further destroy the team.
