While I generally agree, I would make an exception for people who enjoy being hung by the balls.

Dark humour aside, drunk drivers need to really be sentenced extremely harshly, in my opinion - regardless of fatalities or no-fatalities. And never get their license back, either.

Yeah, I'd never go on a bike right next to cars going 100 km/h. I'm glad for those who enjoy it but.... the cycling paths are enough for me.
