Dallas had Benn, Seguin, Hintz and Pavelski struggle in the playoffs and they still made it to the third round. Winnipeg had Ehlers, Niederreiter and Vilardi struggle and they didn’t get out of the first round.

If the Canucks are going to win they need everyone to contribute and they need to be healthy, neither of those things happened last year, but hopefully this year.

My guess is Demko had a set back or not healing as hoped so no rush. As for JR I see no reason to advertise any injury if PA is scouring the trade market that would weaken his hand.

Demko or no Demko there is focus on other areas of the game to improve PK tops the list PP certainly & Petey's line dynamics.
