time will tell if he will be as good a goal scorer but we all know he will not draw the penalties that skinner was able to get the sabres

I would have let it play out for 1 more year and if he did not work, park his ass in the presser and buy him out next summer (much less a cap hit when we need cap space)

that cap hit will be brutal in 2 years and they did not replace him in the short term
