So your issue is with him drinking and driving? So if he isnt drunk do you think this doesnt happen? If this happens and he isnt drunk then is he deserving of life in prison and sexual assault still?

Main reason this happened is because he was trying to get around a slow vehicle, the vehicle ahead of him moved left blocking him from passing, he likely thought this was to block him as many drivers use this tactic to block drivers from getting ahead, so then he used the right shoulder and ended up hitting the two men. Chances are based on how he was driving, he hits them regardless of his alcohol level

I do a lot of driving. My vehicle is monitored by GPS and I have to drive the speed limit. I get passed all the time, get the finger and dirty looks. People go outside of the lanes to pass. The result is all the time, we wind up in the same place. At the same light. They aren't getting there much faster. Just burn more gas and are far less safer.

That's the problem, when ppl go the speed limit they get highbeamed, dirty looks, and yelled at and even brake check. It's truly disgusting how ppl are, and you are right they end up at the same light or at a Walmart 25 seconds earlier.

What needs to be done is throw the book at road rage and under the influence, some ppl just shouldn't have licenses

Might want to read what he told the arresting officer...might change your tune (but perhaps not). His brother's wife is expecting in 4 months...this tragedy is just magnified more and more with every detail released. My thoughts and prayers to the entire Gaudreau family.
