With adblocker on my computer or using brave with adblocker on my phone it works fine (relatively speaking) but this is insane. Ek needs to get some of that Russian misinformation money infused into this site ASAP

Based on my extremely limited understanding of this kind of thing, i think that stacking charges helps with expediting convictions/pleas and reduces the chances of costly and lengthy trials

Possibly, I won't pretend to know too much here. I can say that in my friend's sister's case, her accident was in 2000 and based on the court records I saw yesterday the driver was convicted around 14 months later or so in 2001, so it definitely didn't drag on too long.

Regardless, I hope the guy that killed the Gaudreau's gets the maximum time the law allows for. He deserves it.

I've figured out how to read Athletic articles for free without having to do any of the escape button stuff. It's not perfect, but for their standard articles it works every time. It's when they have some fancy layout (like Scott Wheeler's prospect rankings) that it has some issues. But beats whatever the hell it costs for that website now.
