Thanks man. It's manageable for the most part, just some days it flares up and makes it hard to do easy things like walk and sleep on my left side

The specialist I saw said it might not be great but avoid any surgery as long as possible because you won't have as an active lifestyle

Nope. My insurance sucks and won't cover it, so I haven't looked into it

Another time a guy followed me to the bench as cross checked me from behind. My dad came in and blockered him in the throat (he's one of our goalies). Idiot said I needed my dad to defend me so I replied "any good father would defend their son or they could end up like you"

Helps with inflammation so you can try and fix the problem. Don't know about hips but doing back workout really helped fix my posture and my shoulder pain.
