Offense
The only guys who stood out a little bit (to me) were Beck and Heineman in the 3rd period.
The Wifi jr., Tuch and Thorpe line was fun to watch ... big boys with a nasty streak.
Mehsar was a no show, very disappointing ... soft as a marshmallow.
Other than that, not much to write home about.

Defense
4 guys (Hutson, Mailloux, Reinbacher and Engstrom) left a good impression.
They shut down the opposition pretty effectively and Hutson was dangerous in the opposing zone all game long.

Goalie
He let in a softie but as a replacement goalie, he did a respectable job.

Summary
It was the first game they ever played together so the synchronization wasn't there.
We'll see how they adjust tomorrow.

That part is not surprising, given most of these guys have not played much (if at all) together.

Glad to see it was a decent first game.

Hutson and Mailloux are the one getting looks and with chances to make the team in my opinion. Everybody else on the ice today goes back to their respective teams or AHL,
