Sabres are basically playing an AHL pens. It shouldn’t be hard for tuch tage and cozens to give a little bit of effort and look decent.

Yes, it’s only a preseason game, but a a couple of our big names looked very lack luster. New coach and very high expectations, you would think everyone shows up to play. There is a reason Ruff put the top guys in the first game.

UPL a bit shaky

They completely dominated through 2 periods. Have to think they let up a bit up 6-1.
Top guys are in because they only have a couple opportunities before they leave. First game of the year after a couple tough days of practice, I don't expect them to be all that sharp.
