Was his trade value higher last year?if so, do you now sell lower, or perhaps invest some time and opportunities to rehab the league perception by playing him.
He's decent, but needs to play to reach his potential.

He was a 5/6 and then benched in Boston on a good team. Him playing well on a team that significantly underachieved is not impressive

Doubtful as he wasn't convicted of anything. I'm actually kind of surprised that despite the charges being dropped and the victim saying the allegations were outrageous, that it came to a suspension. I wouldn't be surprised if he appeals.

I am waiting to see the Buffalo Sabres play! Hopefully they have been able to bring everything together on this Trip. Very interested to see who starts in our Top 4 D and where they start the Season. And I want to see Dylan Cozens become that player, we need better from him.

Do you know how it works with football suspensions and the cap? I'd imagine 4 games worth of his contract is worth some change, does that go back to the team since it's unpaid dollars? Either way, that 4 games should prevent him from hitting the high mark on those sack incentives. I know it's heartless to even ask, just wondering in terms of the team.

Hate to say it, but even if you're right, that it was a driving factor; anyone is going to try and maximize their earnings at any job. It isn't really slimy of him to do this.

If he beat up his pregnant girlfriend, then he is a slimeball. I believe he did, so am fine with that label. But I don't think you can blame him for maximizing earnings, that's all. That's natural.

That’s fair, everyone should try and maximize their salary , even woman beaters. He’s still slimy.

It’s definitely sneaky if Von was trying to avoid paying his fines by converting salary to bonuses.
