The tendinitis....I think it's spread to his balls.

You are right on Myers. They should have dressed Dijonnaise.

Well if Desharnais is to be Zadorov's replacement, they got to get him games. Sitting as a healthy scratch ain't improving his game. Plus, Juulsen is just not ready. Not impressed by Forbort either.

Defense remains an issue.

Top 6 forwards need to get going consistently. They are getting outplayed and outmatched by the opposition at the moment.

I'd hate to see what happens when we have to play a really good team.

I thought Forbort was a bit worse that Desharnais in game 1 but they are deeper on the right side(barely) so they made changes to the right side instead. Obviously the coaches see it different.

100%. But last season the canucks were 25th in the league at generating shots five-on-five. That's not good. They aren't an offensive team, they just scored a lot of goals because of an unmanageable shooting percentage. They need to be sound defensively if they are going to win. That ain't happening yet.

It was a Green/Bruce style camp.

There is definitely a pattern on how the coaches here have handled preseasons over the last few years... Wait to the final game to run NHL lines and it's terrible starts. The one outlier season was last year when RT put NHL players together early and ran with it. So the 1 season in 4 was handled with common sense and it was a record first half. Hmmmm.

If he doesn’t decide to care by the 20 game mark they should rebuild. Can’t have an $11.6MM anchor and be competitive

Think injuries had something to do with that salt boy? 🛀 🧂

Bluegar, miller, Demko, Joshua injured. Why aren’t the lines normal? 🧠 🔨

Kuzmenko 5 points in 4 games!
Petey needs to be more like Andrea.

Thanks Alvin!

3 Skaters?

He had 4 or 5 NHL skaters in the 4rth game.

You've denied it mattered in every one of the seasons that it was run like that and they fell flat on their faces. "Green knows what he's doing", "Bruce is a NHL coach you are not". Those two guys were fired a handful games after you stood up with your big statements.

Rebuild? Because of one underperforming player? At this rate Hughes, Miller, Boeser, and Garland are the heart and soul of this team. Trading Pouty would bring in a haul. That's not rebuilding, that's improving. Trading Pouty alone could rebuild our defense.

Saying that, what if the canucks are in a position similar to NYR and Lafrenière? NY never gave up on Lafrenière and it's starting to pay dividends.

It was a terrible trade for the Canucks. People here just wont admit it. Linholm didnt bring what they acquired him for and the assets were wasted regardless of how much canucks fans did or didnt value the assets. They should have gone after a scoring winger.

Miller is playing pretty sh!t right now as well. Way worse defensively than any other C on the team. He is gifting the opposition a lot of pucks in all games including his 1 preseason game. The cherry picking after giveaways seems like a new thing. Tonight he skated off after the puck went the other way and escaped the - as EP replaced him and the puck was in our net before he could get 10 feet from the bench. -1

Miller kills a lot of our PP with those gift passes or lazy efforts to keep it high high along the boards.

I will disagree. Lindholm was money in the playoffs. 13 games, 10 points, +4, 2 game winning goals. He was purchased for the playoffs and he did as advertise. Not his fault his supposed winger (Pouty) couldn't do (frank) all. Moved to a line with Garland and DJ and produced as expected.

If we were healthy in goal, I think results would have been different. Oh well, we'll never know...

10 in 14 games is pretty good but multiple point games can leave a lot of pointless games as well.

Lindholm benefitted from Josh and Garland. Not so sure it was Lindy because that line was best 3rd line in the league without him and Lindy did squat with Miller and Boeser who were also hot without him..,.;. so he was a bust in the top 6... completely and that is what he was brought in for... not the 3rd line who didnt need him. Management stated it. RT tried to apply it. He was them moved down when all failed. Maybe patience would have paid off but there were injuries in the bottom 6.

No coincidence that EP40 had his best year playing Kuzmenko. Guys got warts but he also got a lot of talent.
