Some players just lose it fast. They have very little choice but to play him and see how it plays out.

That's kind of what I'm afraid of. That neither DB or Jonesy are strong enough personalities to push back against Torts.

Even if they did , so what? Torts approved both hires. Despite the title Jonesy is in charge of kissing babies and shaking hands, that's it. On top of that there's been no indication that he isn't in lockstep with Torts. I have seen no indication that Briere has any power or influence over Torts, maybe the Draft but nothing to do with the roster or game days.

Yes and no. I think they know Zamula sucks and just signed him to be Michkov’s friend. They have stated numerous times that Drysdale is going to be a project. The concerning part is the love of Seeler. If you know Drysdale needs a lot of work they should have gotten someone better to carry him around for the next couple of seasons.
