They're playing 4D chess and the rest of us are playing checkers.

They know they can turn on the burners at any time of year they want to with mcjesus, so there's no chance they'll miss playoffs. So they conserve their energy and wins this time of year so that they can peak at the right time (March/April). Knowing they'll play the kings every year in round 1 helps too.

In the post-game locker room, Rodgers:

Gave no credit to Eli or the Giants
Blamed his TE for running the wrong route on the interception
