Nah, it's the milk protein that my body really doesn't like. So lactose or not, I'm kinda (frank)ed. I can still eat a little goat cheese from time to time so I use that when I make myself a pizza.

Fake cheese is just so bad...if it tasted remotely good I would buy it from time to time but with the bad taste + list of ultra processed ingredients that's in there, it's just not worth it.

Yeah, I have not had milk in ages...

I will occasionally have a little (really good, not that processed poop) cheese on a sandwich or occasionally some ice cream with pie.

But it is a pretty rare occurrence.
