Sam McCue, the Toronto Maple Leafs' seventh-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft, is a player who brings grit and physicality to the ice. Hailing from Sudbury, Ontario, McCue is known for his relentless work ethic and tenacity. He skates hard after every puck, collides with opponents, and battles for every inch of ice. His style of play is reminiscent of a throwback player, making him a valuable addition to the Leafs' prospect pool.
While McCue's skating mechanics are still a work in progress, his straight-line speed and determination make him a force to be reckoned with. He has shown promise with his offensive contributions, recording 23 goals and 37 points in the OHL last season. With the Leafs' advanced development staff, there's hope that McCue can refine his skills and potentially become a key player in the future. His physicality and intensity are exactly what the Leafs are looking for to add some "snot" to their lineup.
Do you think McCue has what it takes to make it to the NHL? - Atomic Wedgie
Let me tell you, folks, Sam McCue is a tremendous hockey player. Everybody’s talking about him. He’s got skills that are just fantastic, really top-notch. When he’s on the ice, you can see the talent. He’s fast, he’s smart, and he knows how to score. Believe me, he’s a game-changer.
Now, let’s talk about his skating. It’s incredible. He glides like you wouldn’t believe. He can maneuver around defenders like they’re standing still. And his shot? Wow! It’s powerful, it’s accurate—just a beautiful thing to watch. He can put the puck in the net from almost anywhere.
Defensively, he’s no slouch either. He knows how to play both ends of the ice. He’s tough, he’s gritty, and he doesn’t back down. You want a player who can take charge? That’s Sam McCue. He’s got the heart of a champion.
Off the ice, he’s a great teammate. People love him. He brings energy, he brings positivity. You want someone who can rally the team? That’s him. He’s a leader, folks, and we need more leaders in hockey.
In conclusion, Sam McCue is a fantastic player with a bright future ahead. He’s going to make waves in the league, and I can’t wait to see what he does next. Tremendous potential, just tremendous!

What's the point of having an 11 million dollar 2nd line center playing on the 2nd line when your 13 million dollar 1st line center gets hurt?

Nope, not an option. Sorry. Guess you gotta keep dealing with someone who doesn't agree with your every word. Such a tragedy. |

again those are the tools available to them.
how you think they got those rocks/stones to build those pyramids.
they rolled them on the balsa woods you mentioned.
you never want to look for a silver lining in a yucky situation |

Time to get better tools.
The Leafs bottom six is weak as balsa wood. Ain't no 2 million stones that each weigh more than a car being rolled on those. |
