Speaking of Nazar i loved his little move when exiting the zone the defenseman went after him, he turned around protected the puck dished it to a team mate who then got it to Donato for his first goal of the game.

Love seeing 3 guys on the Blues focusing on Bedard. Nice little pass back to Donato and he has all day to unleash the nice wrister.

Del Mastro at forward? He can’t skate backwards. Look liked a forward trying to flip his hips and skate backwards.

Bedard has been double and tripled teamed from day one. As more players show they can score, like Donato and Nazar teams won’t be able to continue to double team him and then watch him go.

EDM has been pretty aggressive this game. Taking the ice the Blues are giving him to shoot or pass into the front of the net.

I have no idea where this DelMastro is a bad skater came from? He was good in junior and he’s fine in the NHL. He’s not going to outskate McDavid or MacKinnon but like you say I haven’t seen anyone make him look bad. I think bigger (taller) guys get a bad rap as far as skating goes because it doesn’t look like they’re moving their legs as fast as shorter guys.

He can skate moving forward. Actually he looks really good carrying the puck most of the time. Just looks heavy footed moving his feet in the dZone.
