I miss Bill. Still can't believe it and there was no prep for it. Hopefully someone will take over so we can resume the daily "discussions" about our favorite team. I agree with 'Hello it's me' in that MJL should take over. Have a great weekend everybody and go Flyers!

I was hoping Ek would post again. I know his topic (TK playing for team Canada) didn’t generate much discussion, but it did serve as a nice restart to things and it has been pretty civil, though a bit quiet, here. Maybe some older commenters will be tempted to return if it stays this way?

Anyone know how much the EBUG made on his amateur tryout contract with Flyers the other night? I was fully prepared to see Torts pull Fedotov and put him in. Glad Fedotov rose to the occasion. I’m rooting for the guy. I usually prefer watching a more athletic goalie, like Kolosov, but he always looks so miserable he’s hard to like. I don’t know how a guy who plays with such an energetic style can seem so gloomy off the ice?
