Kakko's play lately has given me a boner. The game has slowed down for him- showing so much patience when he has the puck. Its no longer a hot potato. As good a JB and Cuylle were last night, I think kakko drove play.

you know the first goal by Quinn Hughes, if Adam Fox makes that play we are all raving about what an incredible play it was. I think that was just amazing, not like the other early goals Igor has been giving up lately.

This has nothing to do with cap hit itself. Overall contract sure. Its really any sport. The larger the contract the more pressure to perform. Its why the highest paid players on teams always carry the blame. Its why Mika, Trouba, Fox etc get killed when performing poorly.
