Edmonton several high draft picks. These players ended up costing them a lot in salary before they could find the right formula. Still have flaws based on salary to their highest paid. Buffalo enough said. So no the worse you are the better off isn’t always the case.

They're really bad examples and is not in context. The contrast is between two teams out of and unlikely to make the playoffs. I'll explain to you that one poster who was a Flyers fan, was busting on a Pens fan because they're below in the standings. So if both teams are bad and are not going to make the playoffs, then what is it better to be? The team lower in the standings has a chance to get a higher draft pick. So again, what was stupid about what I said? Last chance.

Ive been mostly paying attention to Michkov and Bedard. Michkov has been very noticeable. Bedard not so much. If body language is any indication Bedard seems disheartened and frustrated.
