Separated shoulder or maybe broken collarbone?

Injury prone wanker, Alvin will make a move in the near future, or he’ll call up DPetey after Friedman struggles

LTIR.... Let's see what this management can do when the salary on LTIR is significant. I guess they can fit Z now.

Now is a good time to find a player like Hronek.

I have faith in this management groups pro scouting, unlike the previous abortion of a management group.

I do as well. I'm sure they've got a shortlist of players they would like.

Sorta full circle. He had a shoulder injury when we acquired him.

Shoulders take a long time to heal. Friedman isn't the answer.

Yup. Dislocated mine years ago. Came back a couple of months ago as an impingement. Not fun.

Even though the Flames are way ahead of the Canucks, I still think by the trade deadline they’ll be sellers. They’ve got a few D that could help. Not sure Alvin would go there again, after the other 2 bolted, but Andersson has 2 years left at 4.5. Barrie is a B.C. boy and would be a better option than a few Canuck defenders, Miromanov is another right shot with some upside. Even Jake Bean could fill a spot til the Canucks are healthy.

I’d be stoked on Andersson at the right price.

Looking forward to the Flames buying to make the playoffs and staying in the mushy middle thinking their rebuild is over.

In fact, they didn’t say they would rebuild. They were forced to sell because of players refusing to extend. So now nothing is forcing them to sell and they can buy.

LTIR might be the dirty word management has been avoiding and might have to face. But I think they are reserving that for after they make a trade like you suggest.

Though if JTM and Demko are back that is enough room to keep Hronek just on IR. Plus then add someone on the cheap.

Brannstrom can’t float Soucy or Myers in tough matchups. Friedman is an emergency couple of game option until they figure something out.

Flames are not sellers. Sorry but a new plan is needed. Also that is not enough if Andersson ever was made available.

Plus playing an inconsistent Soucy on his offside is also not a good idea. Especially to try to prop up a raw prospect not ready for the NHL.
