I've seen better

Even though the Flames are way ahead of the Canucks, I still think by the trade deadline they’ll be sellers. They’ve got a few D that could help. Not sure Alvin would go there again, after the other 2 bolted, but Andersson has 2 years left at 4.5. Barrie is a B.C. boy and would be a better option than a few Canuck defenders, Miromanov is another right shot with some upside. Even Jake Bean could fill a spot til the Canucks are healthy.

Draft picks aren't going to cut it. Expectations are at least the conference finals if this team is healthy. Highly doubt the current season ticket holders would be happy with yet another step backwards and picks. IMO lol

Miller as an individual piece is simply too valuable. Panarin is the only skater on their team of a similar caliber, any other deal would involve the Canucks giving up value for volume, which is generally a losing strategy
