I agree. I think Lou stays until the off-season. I would not mind Patrick taking over now to see what moves he makes. No idea what buys can even be made right now. I would not trade one pick right now and would only add picks.

Ledecky probably does no want to watch this product and does not want to be questioned by the fans.

I thought the interference call on Casey was marginal. We see a lot worse get ignored.

For whatever reason, this team has trouble maintaining its "jump" throughout 60 minutes. It seems like they go through stretches, especially on the PK, when they get beat to every loose puck.

They seriously lack intensity and urgency. I think it's been a growing issue since their second ECF journey. It's almost like their experience created complacency in the face of adversity.

I just think when you hear these sorta lackluster media responses after tough losses, it may give some insight to the problem. They tend to stay even-keeled like players who've been there but the response never follows. They need more panic in their mindset.

This is the prefect time for Mayfeild to get a penalty and cost them the game.
