i've only been a homeowner for 7 years so this was my first assessment. every 10 years the township sends someone to assess your property. i think it's just so they can up your property taxes but there are probably other reasons for it too.

the dude just asked to see every room and then left. he was here for like 2 minutes.

Probably a Laine type deal.

Helps them shore up in the short term have lots of cap space, and only this year and next year left.

They did not give up much.
