JT Miller also has a NTC in his deal. It doesn't modify until 2027 (15 team NT list). I do not think he want to return to the Rangers, so I do not see him waiving his NTC to come back here. |

I would love for EK to disclose, just once, where he heard these things that never happen from |

Great point, thanks. None of us know what's going on there and if he wants out of Vancouver. It's pure speculation that this is the case. |

I’ve been wondering if Lavy has had an effect on his play (negatively obv). Because pre Lavy he was awesome. Like every year Zib could be counted on to be a difference maker. What else would explain the drop off |

there's multiple sources out there talking about the Rangers and JT Miller including reliable people like Darren Dreger and Elliott Freidman
it's not just a silly rumour Eklund invented by any means
but kakko and a 1st doesn't make sense

You’d think Zib would have to go because of money, or maybe Trocheck |

He piggy backs off real insiders and adds made up poop. The last thing Friedman said about this was Vancouver is not trading miller |

Idk if I’d want him not knowing what the hell is going on with him. It’s generally not a good thing when a player leaves a team for personal reasons |

Why would Zib go back there? I know you have said before "going home" but in reality he'd be going back to the place that had given up on him as a young player and to a team that does not look to be all that close to contending.
I'd be happy with it, sure, it just doesn't seem likely at all |

I have no sources just a hunch lol
Mainly that Ottawa needs a shake up because I do think they want to contend but it’s not working there
If the rangers make a trade it’s going to be someone in the same boat, underachieving team looking to contend, or take the next step. Nashville also could be an option because they’re as much a cluster(frank) as we are |

I have extreme doubts that any 8 million dollar players, including our own will ever get traded during the season

I agree Ottawa could be a good trade partner, same with Nashville for the reasons you mentioned. I just don't see Zib waiving to go to Ottawa in particular because I doubt he looks fondly on his time there.
I have no sources either though lol |

It’s baffling to me how moving Zib to RW is seemingly not even on the radar. Like if they are “stuck” with him for the next how many years, they have to do something different with him. I think Stamkos did this and obviously thrived. In a pinch move him back if they need, but at least try him on RW ffs. Especially if Kakko can play center and it appears that he can |

It’s undeniable that miller is currently better than Mika. The ability to acquire him and dump Mika is nearly impossible and it can’t really happen without moving Mika unless we trade like lindgren or KMiller (one miller max) and smith |

While I can't argue that right now they have very similar career numbers overall.
But I am worried that Miller is locker room cancer. I like that he is competitive but he crosses the line at times.
Not even sure why this is a talking point, if it happens I will be completely shocked. |

Then everyone can unite in their hatred toward JT and he’ll bring the team together. Mika just stares blankly and probably makes everyone feel uneasy |

You don't have a good young center to return in a deal, so I don't see this as a good fit. |
