b/c pretty much every national reporter in the US and canada came out and said there is absolutely nothing happening between the rangers and sens?

so now any time a reporter, not affiliated with a team, working for a local paper makes a trade speculation - it's "soft tampering"?

Watching the game last night, I really focused on the third period effort levels of the players. They were trying , but simply gripping their sticks so tight they couldn't execute. IDK what the cure is, but something is clearly wrong here.

Grasping at straws here, but some things to consider :

I would trade Lindgren --- he is making every one of his partners play worse.

K'Andre needs to be sent down to Hartford. Let him ride the bus and be away from NYC for the Holidays. Perhaps this will light the fire under his ass to focus and hustle.

Time to bench Zibby. Not for just a single game either ---- at least 3 games watching from the press box and have coaches review videos with him of how poorly he is playing.

Unless Drury or someone from the Rangers office went to Tkachuk and/or his agent and told them to demand a trade to the Rangers, then it's not tampering in any way. It's simply called a rumor...a type of free speech allowed in the US...at least until Trump returns to office.
