Can you get them to trade Kreider please. He's killing me in a pool this year. - Aetherial
I got a feeling that’s coming. Saturday will be telling if he’s scratched again. He’s another cry baby that Drury is trying to move on from lol
Rangers could get a lot if they half retained on him. Hmmmm cap space, and what to do with it??? 🤔 it’s been a topic |

Will Borgen, 6’3 204. Yea he sucks right now but so does everyone else.
Drury is trying to get rid of, and move on from, players he inherited for the most part and he’s seeing that them as a group of players can’t get it done.
Hes made a conscious effort to add and develop size/grit- Edstrom, Rempe, Carrick,, Trocheck etc. Roobroeck is another. These guys are huge dudes who haven’t fully developed yet
You simply are so stubborn that you’ll never get over 3 trades, really 4, that’s he’s made that either had valid reasons for, or was trying to win the cup. Which every single GM does at some point. It didn’t work out, but let’s destroy him over and over for it because he is tired of the core who continues to let us all down and he’s reached his boiling point imo
Btw, he’s gotten 3 draft picks in the last month for guys that either sucked, or gave up on his boys because he cant deal with the business part of hockey. Picks that you DREAD losing and never shut up about - Slimtj100
I care about 1st and 2nd round picks, Drury has added ZERO of those. |

It’s amazing that everyone is just ok with taking a team that made the ECF, and instead of retooling it a little for another run, you’ve accepted the complete disaster we’ve become. |

Didnt you just say a few posts ago he was trying to get rid of the players he inherited? Which one is it? Win the Cup or get rid of inherited players? |

Yep I did. But now those trades resulted in this group losing again, therefore moving on from the core he inherited. Both can be true
Listen, he can’t win in some people’s eyes. I fully see what he’s doing, and I’m fully on board with it |

The reality is the team has lived off of elite special teams and goaltending for years. Now that the powerplay has taken a big step back it’s telling the roster isn’t good enough. It makes no sense to try to run it back with this core again. They were good just not good enough |

This is my biggest problem with Fox. They can’t win many games without the PP being good. Not saying it’s just him causing it to fail, but he’s not as dynamic as he used to be. This is why he got 9 million dollars. He need to be the Patrick Mahomes of the Rangers PP |

It’s also not his fault that he sets up zib perfectly for one times and he constantly whiffs or misses the net lol |

From what I saw today, Perreault may not be too far from taking that role. Great vision on the PP. |

I literally said it wasn’t all his fault
It’s amazing how little heat he gets in all of this mess tho. I remember when he would take the puck from one end to the other at 5 on 5. Good times. Miller too |

I don’t even want it to get fixed. The powerplay saved the deficiencies on this team for too long. They need to rebuild and try to build a team that can play better 5v5. It’s not the coaching, they have had at least 3 coaches now with this core. Need new players |

Or sign free agents that don’t require picks? Like trading Lindgren and then signing Dillon or Zadorov. That’s what a smart GM would do. We have a putz |

The NHL is a little different from the World Juniors. Simmer down there |

I would trade Fox at 50% retained to Utah for Lamoureux 2025 1st 2025 2nd 2026 1st |

I can’t believe I’m saying this lol but I agree. I’d take a top 5 pick this year and just sacrifice the year all together.
I think it’s going to cost ya boy tho, I hope you’re ok with that lol but I think this heading towards a divorce with Kreider. They need to get something good for him, and if they retain money that could make it a first rder because he isn’t a rental. So theoretically, we get top 10 and 20 first rd draft pick. That would be worst case I think |

I was the one who said all offseason they should have traded him while his value was at its highest
If he gets traded to a cup contender at least I can follow and cheer for him to win a cup with that team. It’s never gonna happen here with this core lol. I don’t want him gone but at this point can’t see him staying |

A zillion percent agree with you on this. Idk if they could get that much tho. That seems like alot, but definitely speaking my language here.

Yea it’s time. I think he goes as soon as this weekend. He got scratched right at the trade freeze
Drury is almost at war with these guys it feels like. And I don’t understand how more people aren’t on his side sorta speak |
