Rank your irritations? (My order is random).
JT Miller
Buch
Kakko - Greschnergy#4
They’re all infuriating. I don’t even think I can rank them, they were all terrible mistakes. Miller maybe the most though, I really liked his game as u all knew. |

Miller was a Gorton trade. Maybe they get him back lol
It’s not healthy to not let go of things
I won 10k last night, and I’ve let these trades go. Feeling healthy for the new year! |

I feel like Chytil is afraid to get hurt again and is passive. Which isn’t good. He did look really good for a game last night tho
I said this a few times that season is very reminiscent of the 92-93 season. Where everything went wrong that could go wrong. So maybe they hire Quennville like Keenan and they win the cup the next year lol and subsequently lose Quennville the following season haha |

I was a kid then so I dont really know much about that time other than just watching on TV. Did the team have a fire sale of its core leadership then also? |

Well it was Leetch getting hurt (on an icy sidewalk) more than anything. But they had just won the president trophy in 91-92 season and the pressure was magnified entering that season. Keenan was the difference maker, so it may ultimately be a big time HC they need. A dictator like guy, Quennville enters then
I’m grasping at straws I know |

A line of Cuylle, Hagans, Perreault could be quite a fun one to watch.
Plus Hagans is from Hauppauge. Rangers fan? |

I like Schaefer if they don’t luck out with Hagens. No matter what they’d need to hit on whoever it is, unlike Kakko
Hagens is from LI yea I’m not sure what town tho |

I think Drury would be like ok you want a new coach? Here’s hockeys version of Putin at practice and everyday, Mike Babcock or Quennville lol like a FU to them
If I remember right, Kovalev arrived that season and was a difference maker. So maybe Perrault could be that sort of difference. No pressure kid lol
Nvm Kovalev rookie year was 92-93. He was awesome in 93-94, especially the playoffs |

Kovalev and Keenan were like oil and water at times. I remember he was so pissed at Kovalev for not taking short shifts, he wouldn't let him change for over 7 minutes. Now that's hard fisted coaching Zib and Krieder would melt down from. |

Yea that’s probably true, especially zib. Kovalev was always motivated and happy.
Wanna talk about bad trades, him and Zubov to the Pens was maybe the worst one they ever made. Ooof that was bad. |

Miller was traded for good reason. He was TERRIBLE in the playoffs and they wanted more out of him. 40 Career Playoff games --- 1 GOAL! Plus he was SOFT as hell. The games got more physical in the POs and he couldn't play. Now you can make an argument that they didn't get enough back in the trade, but he wasn't developing in NY.

Trading away young stud defensemen for aging wingers is the ranger way!

Messier hated Nielson, even when they won the President's Trophy.

Smith panicked because of the Legion of Doom, thought Zubov was too soft. How did that work out. |

Well Q isn’t a saint that’s for sure lol not to make light of it, but he hid from that whole assault thing
I wouldn’t be surprised if they did that in the summer. Dump the whole coaching staff and start fresh with Q and some new players |

Honestly, right now, the players hate Drury, pretty clear. If Dolan is okay with him, he stays. If not, complete housecleaning could happen. If it does, wonder if Panarin asks for a trade. |
