Did Panarin and Quennville cross paths on the Hawks? I can’t remember. If they did, idk it could make things worse. Panarin seems the most engaged even tho he hasn’t been fantastic. I do think he’ll still be here when all is said and done. And probably just leave as a UFA.

So you change it up, and bring in Toews with the coach whom together they won 3 Cups. It takes a special person to deal with NY sports. He spent his whole career in Chicago where its no easier to deal with the fans and the media.

That challenge would have failed, bringing a 4 min. minor and more criticism of Lavi. The puck was under his foot against the post while he was sprawled out on his belly. That has never been considered enough to stop play.
